Great food and great service! I got the citizen burger and it was delicious! Our server was very attentive. The only negative was that I burned the roof of my mouth on the fried pickle. I didn't realize it had just come out of the fryer.
Best burger I had In a long time . Server Mitra was terrific.
This is one of those places we make sure to take friends to when they visit from out of town. Always friendly, prompt service, they even text when your table is ready so you can explore the downtown mall and work up an appetite. The food is wonderful. To some people a burger is just a burger but you can tell they take pride in their burgers!!! Only issue is they need Coke Zero on the menu but that is a minor inconvenience.
The pimiento cheese mini burger of the day? Sublime. Absolutely sublime.

We were in town for the day and read some good reviews and decided to try it for lunch. Service was nice and food was good. Our appetizer came out fast and we enjoyed the truffle fries. I wish that I could say the same for our entrée. It took quite a while to come out. It was good though when it did finally arrive. We would come back if in town again.
Yes, it is the best burger in Virginia! We visited on a very busy weekend so the wait was long and then after ordering the wait was long. The food was worth the wait. We will be back again.
