Best Workout on the West Side – Circuit Works provides an incredibly challenging but totally fun workout and the time flies. Having always been a sort of fitness fanatic, this place has taken me to the next level for sure. But beginners need not be intimidated because the workout is tailored to all levels, wherein more advanced people can use heavier weights and run on the treadmill, and if you're not feeling up for that, it can be dialed back as well. Great Workout – I was sweating and moving the entire time. A really challenging workout that can be tailored to any fitness level.
The best work out ever – I have trained for college sports and is a keen surfer, but this is definitely the best work out I have ever had for increasing metabolism rate. It really works and I can feel the difference after a few session. The staff are also super nice and very professional. You must try it!
Most Effective Workout Around!!! – Circuit Works is a FANTASTIC workout! From the high energy, highly trained staff to the ball busting routines this workout is a definite fat burner. There's not a better, quicker, or more fun way to get in shape. I would highly recommend circuit works to anyone of any fitness level.
Great workout for those who want to get the best results for the time invested – Love it. I've only started going and the first time, I have to admit, I was pretty sore afterwards, but it gets better. The time flies by and you feel like you are really part of a group effort going back and forth between the cardio machines and the weight training. Killer workout. – The first four times I took classes at Circuit Works I left thinking I should just forget about trying to get in shape. The classes were fun and satisfying though, so I kept going back, and within two weeks I was not only enjoying the classes immensely and looking forward to going back, but I could feel and see results from head to toe.
Great workout, but pricey! – This place gives you a great workout and the trainers are helpful, professional and friendly. And I would go there a couple of times a week if... it weren't so expensive! I can do two yoga/spinning classes down the road for the same price as one class here. I'm sure it's worth it if you have the money or if you were going to pay a personal trainer, but for me, I don't think I can justify the expense when I have a beach I can run for free along anytime! Best Workout in LA – I love these classes because in one hour you get a thorough and complete workout. The instructor has GREAT energy and keeps us all working it hard and pushing ourselves to the limit. The approach and the facility is state-of-the-art. You feel it right away and after only a few sessions you see the results.
