Claire's yoga class was amazing! Perfectly paced. Claire was attentive and knowledgeable. The music was great, room was perfect temperature, and the cold eucalyptus towels at the end were a nice touch.
Great workout. Very cool setup overall with the HIIT classes. Love the different types of classes in one studio/gym. I’ll be back for sure
Circuit works is the best work out hands down! The perfect mix of cardio and strength training in the hiit class. And the studio has so many class options and amenities.
