Great Condos – You just cant beat Circle Tree Condominiums! Clean,clean,clean Community with every amenity you could ever ask for. Super nice HOA who takes great care of all the maintenance and the common areas. The property has awesome lighting for safety and covered parking for each unit. The HOA fees are more than affordable and covers almost everything. This is the place to be!
Clean and Crime Free – I am very happy I moved to Circle Tree ! The place is so quiet 24/7 and is clean as can be. I like the fact it is crime free.
Very Nice HOA – Very nice community with a lot of things to do. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the complex is very well maintained. This is one of the most quiet places I have ever lived and I love the fact it is crime free
don't move here – If I could rewind I would never have bought a condo at this address. They towed my vehicle (which needs a new transmission) because I did not wash it!! How can I was the car? It doesn't work! Also because most of the owners rent their condos there are people of questionable character who live here making it uncomfortable and possibly unsafe to live. If you are smart, you will never live here.
Quiet – I like it here at Circle Tree its clean well maintained and very quiet. I have great neighbors that are respectful and polite. There are a couple of rental units here but all renters have to have criminal background checks as part of the crime free community regulations. There have been a couple of bad renters but the association gets rid of them very quickly. Pleased – Hi just wanted to let people know how pleased I am with Circle Tree Owners Association. This is a delightful charming community that is very well organized. If your looking for a wonderful community that is safe and very friendly then Circle Tree Condominiums would be an excellent choice. They have a wonderful web site you can go to and look at all the lovely pictures of the property your self

awesome and cool place to live – Circle Tree is a great place to live awesome and cool management team ! Andrew our community Manager is a great guy always helpful ! This is like living at some kind of resort always clean and very nice people. I locked myself out of my unit one night and a guy named Eddie helped me get in at 3:00 in the morning. Great HOA – I love my condo at Circle Tree. The excellent staff along with the well kept grounds will make its value soar. Yes the rules are a little strict and yes they make you keep your place up but thats the way it should be. Anyone like us who invested in this property will see a handsome return in th future. This is our winter home and we are very happy with Circle Tree. Pros: Value good HOA
