I've been living in Circle Tree for 5 months now. It seemed like a good place at first. It was quiet, with a few families and tons of retired elderly. My boyfriend and I moved in because the price was right. Within a few months months, we realized the HOA are on a serious power trip. The HOA manager "Dave, 'former police officer-LOL,' and his crony staff stalk the property in an unfriendly manner issuing complaints to residents. it's like a Resort here – I was one of the lucky ones to finally get my foot in the door and purchase a unit here this year. For 11 months I waited for a unit to finally come on the market.....talk about a bidding war but YEA ME I'm finally in.! This is a beautiful place to live!!!!! So clean, so quiet....there are a lot of retired folks here and I love it. The HOA staff are so nice and helpful it's almost hard to believe this is an HOA. Best Kept Property – Talk about your well kept property! Recently we purchased a condo here as our second home , we live in Canada. The property is amazingly well kept and the HOA staff are incredibly helpful. Not only is the property clean....it's quiet. We look forward to spending many winters here at Circle Tree.
Great Condominium Complex – I have lived here almost 6 months now and it seems to be a pretty decent place to live. When I first bought here I was a little skeptical just because the neighborhood was older. Much to my surprise unlike my Scottsdale Apartment there is no noise at night and the place is very well maintained. I did pay a little more for my unit than other condos I looked at but the location is perfect! From Circle Tree you can be just about anyplace in the valley in 15-20 minutes.
Great Community! – Excellent Management, well kept property! I have lived here for over 5 years now and the place just keeps getting better and better. This is a very quiet property with a lot of community spirit. Robert J. Hammond
Best place in Mesa to live – I have lived in appartments for the past 8 years since moving to Arizona. Most of which have claimed to be nice if not a great place to call home. Circle Tree is different....they truely are what they say. This condominium is quiet and peaceful, they have a friendly and helpful staff, and best of all they ACUALLY follow the crime free policy. It's nice to live somewhere that I don't have to worry whether or not the next person moving in has just been released from jail and what for.
Clean and Quiet – I have lived here for about 17 years now,this property has always been very clean and quiet. We have had a few issues with a couple of renters but the HOA jumps right in and takes care of that. If your thinking about buying a condo Circle Tree would be a good choice.
Nice Community! – I have never lived in such a clean community in my life. This HOA really has their stuff together! I see that nice maintenance man Kyle working all the time cleaning, painting and making sure the place is perfectly spotless. This Kyle kid sure is a lot better than that old crusty guy they use to have. And talk about a quiet place.......you can hear a pin drop even on a Friday or Saturday night.
Back Again – The only reason I logged back on to this stupid site is that I got an email from the site, stating that there has been more postings since I posted my review. That is probably why there is soo many reviews on here. When one idiot writes an ignorant review, it probably sends emails to the other people who have posted here before. I feel bad for some of the people who spent too much money when they bought their condos when the AZ property values when skyrocketing out of control. Now that their interest rates have ... read more
