Don't buy here. The manager Dave Cameron Russel is a certified con artist and pretends to be an ex-police officer. He creates 99% of the fake reviews on every website you can find. He never did anything for the HOA except for creating illegal rules to ban owners from living in their own homes. Who would ever agree to be kicked out of their over home if they unfortunately got a criminal charge. Might as well flush your $145K down the toilet before buying here. Very clean and I really feel safe here. Well managed and very low maintenance fees. Kid friendly and family oriented, the HOA even has story-time & a big Halloween party for the kids. There are also a lot of snowbirds and retirees that own here, its a pretty good mix of people. No felons, sex offenders are allowed which keeps the place safe and amazingly quiet. Very nice complex, looks like a resort. Four pools, spa, tennis court, racquetball, clubhouse etc. Super nice HOA who really does a great job and keeps the property values up. The dues are $165 a month which is a bonus considering they pay water, sewer, trash and all of the amenities they have.

My husband and I purchased here in 2010 and got a great deal! Since purchasing our unit, the price of condos here have increased by 40K which we could care less about, since we plan on staying forever. What a well run HOA nicest folks you could ever meet. Never a special assessment never a problem. The HOA does require background checks on rentals, which is probably why the place is so quiet and we have no crime. What a great community! I was totally surprised on how many people from my LDS Ward were living here. The place is so clean and very quiet. We are thrilled that we have found an affordable safe place to live with our kids.

This is a very nice place! My wife and I only rent a condo here, but are hoping to buy one. Very nice HOA Staff, friendly maintenance people and very nice residents. The location is perfect and the property is extremely quiet and secure.

I'm a retired homeowner here at Circle Tree and I just love it here! It is so nice, quite, clean and very safe. Since I'm a widow and live alone, I was very picky on where I wanted to purchase my home. As soon as I say Circle Tree I knew I was home. :) It's a gated community with security company that walks through every night. Plus the manager and the rest of the staff are always walking the property to make sure everything is ship shape. Excellent Condominiums. Nice Community HOA includes water, sewer,trash and upkeep of grounds. Very quiet and part of Mesa's Crime Free Community. I have lived here for several years and am a happy villager.
