Lucked out – Pleasantly surprised how quiet the place is at night. It almost seems like no one lives here. The place is clean and well maintained. My neighbors are extremely nice people and am happy I moved in.

Excellent Condominiums – Nice Community HOA includes water, sewer,trash and upkeep of grounds. Very quiet and part of Mesa's Crime Free Community. I have lived here for several years and am a happy villager.

Great HOA – Well put Joey1234! I have posted a picture of my own, this COX truck was parked at the main gate in front of the sign that clearly states "OFFICE PARKING ONLY!" My poor wife could barely make it around the COX truck as the rear end of the vehicle was sticking out almost to the gate keypad. I called Cox and complained and the guy in charge told me that they are not to be blocking traffic, parking in fire lanes and have to follow the posted rules on the property! Questions – Circle Tree is a great place to live. It is also a great place to buy as an investment. If anyone has any questions, please call the Circle Tree office and don't read the garbage on this site. The slanderous comments have been flagged 1000 times, but City Search ignores all attempts to correct the information on this site, even though the content is in violation of it's own rules. City Search is a complete joke and someone should be moderating the garbage that gets posted. Hopefully they will remove this post alo... read more

I never should have moved from Circle Tree – I was stupid and I bought a house in December of 2007 for $204,786. Now the houses are going for $90,000 less than what I paid for it. On top of that, I have to pay a huge mortgage and a huge HOA fee that covers pretty much nothing. The HOA at Circle Tree pretty much covers everything including yard maintenance, pool maintenance, trash, water, and insurance, etc.... I miss the days when life was easy and I was living at Circle Tree. Maybe some day, I will move back. If I was smart... read more

GLAD U GOT TOWED PIPSQACK – I see PIPSQUACK is a quack, I am so glad that my HOA is cleaning out the parking lots! Who wants to see a bunch of junk cars that don't run. I have called the HOA several times about some old beat up red Mustang and a green Dodge Stealth sitting in the lot. The rules say your car has to be in running condition just like anyplace I have ever lived. I own two units at Circle Tree and rent them out.I know for a fact that if anyone has a criminal background they can't live here, what is this crazy per... read more

Some people are just crazy. – Seriously. Your car was broken down for almost a year and you left the junker in the same place and it was covered in dirt. A couple of months ago, I even saw the HOA washing your car for you, because it looked so bad. I was the one that reported it and wanted it towed away. If you have a problem, just come up stairs and tell me all about it. I was mad that they allowed you to keep it there for so long after they gave you 20 warning to fix it.
