I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response to my emails and concern after we purchased a 2017 Ford Escape in May 2020 with less than 36k miles and paint peeling issues. I purchased the SUV with the the Certified Pre Owned and apparently this means nothing for paint peeling concerns on the windshield which is getting worse.
