RecommendedGreat Sales Team!! Buying our new 2020 Escape was so easy! We just told our Sales Team member, Jonah Weitzel, what we were looking for and he found it! The whole process was not stressful and Jonah did everything he could to get us the best deal. we live out of the area, but we will be returning to Ciocca Ford in Quakertown for any future auto purchases!

BUYER BEWARE I started taking care of my ninety-year-old blind grandmother and my mother with stage 4 cancer, I also have a 10 year old autistic little boy so my 2011 Mazda 3 with 50,000 miles on it was way too small and I was looking for something with more room. I saw a Jeep they had online that I was interested in so I went to go look at it, first off it took them three hours to find the keys for it. Bought a Jeep off them. A year later and I’m almost 3-4K deep in work this thing needs. Upon leaving the dealership the check engine light came on. Now, after they just had my car for a week I get it back and it’s overheating. Paid for a car I cannot drive. They wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee for something they did. My brakes have gone out numerous times, mind you I have 2 small children. Would NOT recommend this dealership! I will be perusing legal counsel.
