Everyone at Ciocca was very helpful from my initial inquiry through the purchase. I found it on Car Gurus and was immediately contacted. I spoke with Virginia and Andy to set up an appointment. Larry helped me with the test drive and purchase. The whole process was very easy. Highly recommended.

Larry was outstanding, as well as his team working along his side. Customer service was amazing and they really know how to make you feel comfortable and not pressured. I ended up leaving to look at another car but the deal breaker was how i felt around larry and the team. More than satisfied with my decision and will definitely be returning for future buisness! I just bought my 1st car without assistance from my husband. Larry was my sales associate and he could not have been more friendly. Larry made a very nerve racking experience very easy.
Matt was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the trucks, answered my many questions, went out of his way to come in on his morning off to get paperwork started for me, sat in the truck and went over every button and set up my Bluetooth phone. Overall experience at Ciocca was great. No hassle, no pressure. Would recommend for anyone looking to buy a car or truck.
