Went online and had Allie contact me about the vehicle I was interested in. Drove from milford, DE and was communicating via text about my arrival. We were in communition via text my whole ride up. Once I got there, the car I drove up for was already sold. this dealership is the worst I've ever been to, I went to see a Ford explorer Stock#20131516 and was treated very badly, the salesman didn't want to sell me the car or probably thought that I had no money to pay for it! first asked me if I was going to pay cash and then said I wouldn't get approved without even checking my credit, I guess I was too spanish to be able to afford a ford explorer. I bring my car in for service regularly to Ciocca Ford's service center in Quakertown and have had nothing but a great experience! Tim Adams has always helped me in any way possible and has always taken the time to explain everything to me. If you need service done, this is the place to get it!
I had a great time buying my car here! I've been leasing it for 2 years now and I've never had a problem with this dealership or their service department. I get a friendly email reminder every time I am due for service (which is great because thats the last thing on my mind!) I'm able to drop my car off before work and its finished by the time I'm heading home. Their loaner cars are very convenient too!! Its like "test driving" different options for my next car :)
