We had a great experience at Ciocca Ford in Quakertown. No haggling and no hassle! Paul treated us like family! He is kind and patient and willing to work with you to get what you need. Eric is a hands on GM who is equally kind and patient. He’s also willing to offer a fair deal and doesn’t compromise his values or ask you to compromise yours. I’ve been a Chevy girl for as long as I can remember but after my experience yesterday, Paul and Eric will see me again!
Called to get a flat tire changed . You couldn’t accommodate an emergency appt. it’s a shame you can count on the dealer to help in a situation like that. The lady on the phone actually said I should look for a different place when I told her I couldn’t wait till Saturday . Telling me I should look for an alternative place is what I will do for my service too
