Traded in for a new Ford Focus from Ciocca Ford in Quakertown yesterday. This is my sixth new car in life and I would rate this buying experience at the top! No usual BS from my Salesperson either, very comfortable communication whether in person phone or text while working on the deal. They all were straight forward from the start with trade-in, monthly payment target, financing solutions to sealing the deal with my signature. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car in the southeast PA area.

I picked up my first brand new truck yesterday from Ciocca Ford in Quakertown and my experience was great! From the internet people which were my first contact (Jasmine and Allison) to the sales manager, finance manager Zack, and sales person Jeremy, they were all up front and gave me great information prior to coming in. Most the people there are nice if you want a person that will truly help you and go their way see Larry. He's a great guy. If I go back there only person I'll speak to is Larry
They need improving on keeping records on file for the service department (my car was in 3 times for repairs in the past year and they have no record of it but what they have on file is my boyfriends name and number with a ford focus and I have all my receipts), the mechanics should not tell customers that something is on recall when it is not (I verified with ford themselves),mechanics need more knowledge on the ford focus transmission that ford installed, misdiagnosed my car then wanted to charge me again for their mistake... read more
Amazing experience ! I’ve been shopping around for a car and finally purchased my first brand new car today. Anthony and the team were very nice and accommodating, they were very patient with me and answered all my questions. They helped me look at the inventory and test drive vehicles without being too pushy or overbearing. They even stayed late past closing to assist me. All in all great experience I could not be happier !
