I had an incident where a Cintas vehicle caused significant property damage. I reported it to the Pasco branch manager, Maria, and we walked the property together to review the damage. I promptly provided all requested documentation and was told I would receive a claim number to proceed with insurance. It has now been over a week, and I have not received any update. Ginnefer with sanis a part of Cintas does an amazing job for us at star rentals, she is always her taking care of our needs before we even open at 7:00am, so when we start our day, she is already done, and all of our needs are met. Communication is one of the most important things in working relationships, and she always letting me know if there are updates, changes, or something that needs addressed. She is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her services to anyone!
