EDIT, 5 years later...we just used Cindy to sell our home and had another great experience! We approached her with ~3 weeks notice to get our house on the market. She aggressively got us ready and got the house listed expeditiously. Listed on a Sunday, under contract that Wednesday for over asking-price.
