Love all the girls at the front desk. Love Dr. Karen. Everyone is very helpful and explains any issues in detail. The entire staff really babies our dog, Copper. I feel very confident going to Cinder Rock Clinic.
I wish you would be more supportive of adopted animals from the area shelters. Most vets understand that sometimes shelter animals aren't perfect, and they help the adopter to understand any medical issues and how to deal with them. I've heard of many cats with minor and/or manageable issues, that were taken for their wellness exam to your clinic. We love the people! They are so kind to us and our dog and always make us feel at home. Dr. Caelli and the vet techs are so good with our pup and we completely trust the staff. We really appreciate that peace of mind!
Love everything about this clinic! Each and every employee is knowledgeable, engaging and efficient. They take such great care of us and each of our pets kids. Best of all, our pets love coming to the clinic. They get loved and cuddled by everyone. Can't get much better than that!
Dr. Karen is truly an amazing vet! She is so very caring, compassionate and thorough during the exams and it is obvious she loves her clients and is only interested in doing what is best for your pet. She is also very clear about costs and benefits of procedures and medications. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!
I love Dr Karen. She loves my dogs and gives me no- nonsense advice. She also listens to me and presents all the options even the option to do nothing and is understanding if that is the one I want. I never feel judged or pressured in my decisions
We have such a great experience every time we bring the kids in, and it's because the entire staff obviously loves working with animals and treats them well. A close second is how the staff treats us as fur-parents, and helps us identify what we can do to improve the health of our pups.
