Dr. Karen saved my hound dog from infection, and made the process of going through amputation with complete ease. She has been a godsend for my puppy girl after we went through what I claim negligence, at the clinic prior. Biscuit and I are both beyond grateful for her and their amazing staff! ❤️

I moved to central Oregon from Connecticut Last year . My cat , Theo, and my dog Briggs Have been cared for by this wonderful clinic . I give all their vets 5 stars . I would not consider taking them anywhere else . They are kind, attentive, and really good communicators . I recommend them consistently to friends and family .
My black lab was sick so we made him an appointment at another Vet. They told us he was just getting old. He quickly got worse . I made him an appointment with Cinder Rock and they realized immediately my dog was was in a lot of pain and was dying. They were so kind and compassionate. It was possibly the worst day of my life , but all the staff did their best to ease my ‘Gumpys’ pain and make a horrible painful situation more tolerable. Thank you to all staff for your kindness.i
