I love they way that they treat your animals as they were their own. I do feel Vet bills seem to be getting higher and higher every year. Cost more for medicine and visit then one for me. Sometimes just don't understand it.
Dr. Karen is absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about the individualized care and treatment she has given my very high maintenance mini schnauzer over the years. Not only is Dr. Karen amazing, but so are all the other Dr's and staff. Highly recommend Cinder Rock.
Our puppy got sick while visiting Eagle Crest for the weekend. Called and got in with in an hour. Very thorough exam with options for treatment as well as a follow up phone call. Staff was very nice as well.
Such a great place to bring your pets. They are amazing! You can tell they really love their job and sincerely care for our pets. I love that they are excited to see Bowser when we bring him in and how they love up on him. He loves it too. :) we wouldn't take our dog anywhere else.
