Since we relocated to the area awhile ago, we dreaded having to find a new vet. We came to Cinder Rock recently when our sweet boy kitty, Kaiser, was very, very ill with Pancreatitis. From the moment we walked in the door, over the 5 days that he was hospitalized there, we felt completely confident in the doctors and staff. Dr. Gayln Snair was very welcoming and thorough. Took time to make sure I knew exactly what needed to be done and why. Although it was a minor surgical procedure she still made sure I was comfortable in her assessment of the situation. There is just a great group of people at Cinder Rock.

Dr. Keith Sides has taken care of my princess (chihuahua) since she was 1 week old, she sadly passed away at almost 17 years of age this last week. She has had many health issues over her life and Dr. Keith was always there to rescue her with his medical expertise since she was only a week old. Staff is always exceedingly friendly, attentive, and compassionate toward both my dog and myself. I'm always seen right at my appointment time, and the doctor and techs are informative on what needs to be done (vaccines, concerns, etc.), and gentle with my dog. Prices are more than fair, plus a free nail trim. My dog and I love Cinder Rock Vet Clinic!
