Placed an order online. I live out in the country so it was going to take me 30 minutes to get there. Arrived and pulled up to the drive thru. I couldn't hear him on the speaker so I just pulled up to the window. I told him I placed an order online. I spent to much money that I didn’t have to purchase hard old ass chicken the only thing that was good was the biscuits you would have thought they would have improved after all these years next time I will go to Popeyes at least I know it will be fresh
