Ordered 16 pieces and they only put 14 in my box. Biscuits were undercooked and smashed down showcasing they never rised. Chicken was overcooked. Overall bad service and food delivery today. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back again.
The cashier's was friendly
This was beyond a terrible experience. I order online and the app advised that I could pick up at 4:04. I got there and they were not familiar with my order so that took about 5 mins to sort out. A gentlemen advised that they were holding on my tenders. At 4:30 they were still holding on my tenders . I heard a staff member say at one point that they did not carry the pineapple pies at this location but never addressed me about it. I forgot to ask and was charged for them and not even offered a substitute. No one was apologet... read more
