Customer Service is horrible. Didn’t receive my food or a refund. I placed my order online waited an hour and my food was ready when I walked in. I couldn’t get any help from employees and when I did they were very rude. The other customers that were there said they will be disputing the chargers off their cards because they didn’t receive food or a refund it’s just ridiculous. This place bite. Avoid it!
Came in today to get the SMOKEHOUSE chicken and was so disappointed after being served a season less half chicken that I paid $12 for. Good thing I checked my food because I would have been upset that LAMANDA (cashier) didn't even bother to tell me
