The customer service sucks! The Hispanic guys in there are very rude and if you have a problem with your order they don’t care because clearly they believe they can’t make mistakes! I went in today and ordered a 10pc family meal spicy. My chicken was not spicy I called and he in fact called my phone back to inform me that the worker said he was 100% sure he gave me spicy food and if I bring it and it’s not spicy he will no be replacing it because he’s 100% sure it’s spicy.
