I ordered 2 family meals through the app. They didn't have the Mac and cheese available, we was told to go through the app for a refund. I went through the app to request a refund and no one reached out to me, nor was I refunded.

I try to food before picking up my mother n law pull up it was 2 cars in drive through all I ordered was a five piece tender meal I get to the window sat for 10 minutes the young boy walking around on his phone then come to the window and tell me it’s a wait on them now soo I was late picking my mother in law and I had to wait to eat and my food was cold by time I got home bad communication and the really maid me mad

I’m very disappointed with the service at the Church’s Chicken on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis on March 19th around 3:30–4:00 PM. My mother, who is in her 60s, came through the drive-thru and ordered what she ALWAYS orders — one biscuit, one apple pie, and a 4-piece jalapeño bombers. She paid around $7 and some change, which matches her usual order. Instead, she was given plain jalapeños with no bombers.
