We had an amazing customer service experience yesterday for my sons birthday party. I will be returning for future birthdays :)
Pizza wasn't hot when it came out and some of the games were out of order. I thought you needed a lot of tickets to get a prize. Spent a lot of money to get some not so great prizes.
Fantastic experience for our son's birthday! They were very organized and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Sioux City Chuck E Cheese for a party! Thank you Kandis :)
