The Manager is amazing, she always takes good care of us. Price has gone up since they went from Tokens to swipe cards. We order the same thing and it's a significant increase.
About the only good thing about our visit was the food was decent. The games were junk, it would say that we won on a game and I don't know that we ever got more that 4-6 tickets from any game that we played!! Huge rip off considering you have to have a ton of tickets to get anything more than a pair of fake vampire teeth or a ninja turtle eraser! Then the ticket counter didn't work, so I took my sons tickets to the front, and it was such a hug inconvenience to count them, so dude said "let's just say you have 200 tickets!" ... read more
I booked a small party for my son with a mental disability..our hostess Alexis was So Awesome..she truly made our lil party of 5 the best!! She was so kind and fun. Because of her..I would book another party..thank you Alexis from Sioux City Is Chuck E Cheese..
