Had a Birthday part there on Saturday. We were very happy with the service provided for our party!
Chuck cheese is a fun place for kids to play an have fun of all ages...great entertainment 4 even grandparents never to old to join ur children an have new memories..
Food was terrible, service even worse. Never again.

So I had a birthday party for my daughter at what I thought was the 1604 and Bandera location. I showed up at this location 30 minutes before the party to start to set up when the general manager helped me and found out that i had set the reservation at the 281 location and asked me if that was correct I stated no that I thought it was at the Bandera location and he told me if I wanted to they could try and squeeze me in and of course I said please. We booked a party here. My son had fun, but we had a horrible experience. The party host was inattentive, we didn't get the play passes until at least 30 minutes into the party, she kicked us off the table before our time was up. Several times I had to go hunt her down to get anything. We were separated from the other groups set up and during the birthday show we were completely ignored. We will never come back as paying customers.

Everyrhing was great things went so smooth. My baby boy loves Chuckee E Cheese.
I was pleasantly surprised. I got the buffet. Only thing was the pizza wasn't very versatile. Only had pepperoni, cheese and some flat pizza with veggies and meat, not a fan of onions. Also the beer selection sux. The wine way too expensive for what they serve!!! 😡
Good value. Bought the 80 play large pizza deal. two Granddaughters played nearly 2.5 hours.
Pizza good. Over priced salad bar and beer. Kids had decent time. 3 out of 4 token/credit machines not working. Won't go again.
