RecommendedWe had a wonderful birthday party experience at Chuck E Cheese. Our Hostess, Bella, was very knowledgeable about the menu, party procedures and kept us on informed about the menu options and party procedures so my grand child would not miss out on any activities such as dancing with Chuck E and the ticket booth, and how to stop the time on our unlimited playcards so the kids could stop for pizza and cake without losing out on their 2 hour unlimited play.
Took my 7 year old here for his birthday yesterday. He had a blast and really enjoyed himself. Best believe we coming back again and again ....
We had great service , the girl who help us was so experienced and in 10 minutes help us to decorated ! She was there the entire party and the manager came at least 3 times to check if everything was ok , if we need anything, and if there is anything else they can help us with ! That is customer service ����
We had our daughter’s birthday party (yesterday) on Sensory Sunday and it was the absolute best experience we could’ve asked for. The environment was perfect! Elias, Michelle, Victoria and all of the staff at Chuck E. Cheese made it a birthday to remember. If you have a child with special needs, you have to check out their sensory Sunday’s. It’s the first Sunday of every month from 9-11. Well I spent quite of bit of money here today. The salad tomatoes were spoiled, the ranch is the worst or spoiled the pizza was super dry, my grandson drop his card inside a machine and they couldn't get it out then they asked for a receipt....OMG!! The girl didn't give me one good thing it was on my credit card...I ask for a new plate for the salad bar again asked me for a receipt....again pulled out my credit card app wth!!! Lots of people and no staff. It’s lunchtime and spring break. Paid for 2 buffets but no food. Pizza completely gone for about 30 min. Ended up going elsewhere to eat.
If you're going to announce that Chuck E Cheese is coming out to do the dance, have him there. Eventually came out just walking around facility like a zombie and threw some tickets in the air. Broken games �
Friendly service. Plenty of games for small children. Had lots of fun at my niece's 3rd bday party.
Had my daughter's birthday party here and everything and everyone was great.
