So disappointed. It's a Friday night. Loads of kids including my 2. Don't do the "Happy Dance" if you don't plan on bringing Chuck E out. Fix your ticket munchers. 40 minutes for a food was ridiculous. -sincerely super sad 5&2 year old that didn't get to see Chuck E tonight.

I love the convenience of going there eat, play games and rides and go home for my 2 year old niece! During the holidays should have more staff..it was packed Christmas week!
Love this place my kids and I always have a good time.
If you are a parent, and you are now contractually obligated to throw parties for your kids, this place is awesome, food was quick, engagement with Chuckie, served the cake, games and freedom to run and play games...if you are a childless aunt, this is probably the 4th level of hell...thank god it only lasted two hours
Had my daughters 1st bday here and it was great. Our hostess was great and the kids had fun.
We had a great time, being with family!! We need to get together more often!!
