We took my son today for a birthday lunch for the new buffet and to play games. Wow....I was so very dissapointed. Your commercial shows a full salad bar and pizza buffet. We got a bowl of lettuce, squeeze bottle of ranch or ceaser dressing and a few coutons. There was one old cheese pizza for the whole place....followed by one pepperoni pizza. Excellent customer service. They took care of everything. Nice break for the mother.kids love it and very safe for the kids.
So tonight my wife and I brought our daughters out for some fun for them. Initially the evening was starting to turn to crap when after 35 minutes we still didn't have our pizza. I went to ask what the hold up was and the girl working said shift change. Well I found a manager, Michele, who quickly corrected the issue. She made sure that our lukewarm pizza was replaced with a fresh one and provided excellent customer service. Great place for kids to have fun and grown up's too!
I love to take my grandson but there is nothing there I can drink other than water because their unsweetened always is sour and if we want salt, pepper, cheese or peppers on out pizza the shakers are always filthy.. We have commented several times that we have been on and the manager doesn't seem to care and neither do the employees. No number to call so sad.
Waiting for them to put hard boiled eggs back in the salad bar. I refuse to go back until they carry it again.
Well, what can i say...its a chuck e cheese. I dont like it, but my kids do.

Always polite and helpful. Kids have a blast and the employees fix any down machines quickly!
