It's ok....it's a kids place, staff is attentive, good pizza...my great nieces and nephews had a great time.
Great service, fun staff, good food, and awesome fun. My only complaint is the playpass... I miss tokens. �
Their lunch buffet is a joke, and the staff just doesn't seem to care too much about anything other than their cellphones. I would save your $ and go elsewhere.

Last night, me and my wife decided to take the kids to your establishment. While there, the kids were having a blast. All of the sudden a group of teenage girls decided to harass, and bully my 5 year old daughter. In a very nasty way. I told my to let it go. But the girls keep going. So my wife decided to speak with the parents. The parents were in shock of what was going on. We went around 12p and it wasn't packed all the games were working. It was very clean and workers were always present for help
Alil small but a great place for fun w/your kids. Alil pricy but overall we had alot of fun.
I've been taking my daughter there since we had her 1st birthday 8yrs ago. Just this past yr we have had bad experiences and have not enjoyed our last few visits. We use to go every other Saturday since my daughter loves it there. Not anymore. The staff and managers have been rude. No matter what day or time we go they seem to be under staff. I really hope they can make improvements soon.
