My fiance, our 3 year old son, and I stopped by for the heck of it one day at the Chuck E Cheese 's on 1604 and Bandera in san antonio, texas. The staff was and still is super friendly and polite. Food was a bit expensive, but wasn't too bad. The chuck e character was full of life, and was very patient with my son being a bit shy. We about 3-4 times a month, and it's always the same friendly faces everytime. Which makes it "our" chuck e cheese , and our little ones favorite place to go!
My daughter had a birthday party here and it was perfect! The service was awesome and the food was great! Joel, the manager, was very attentive to our needs when we were planning the party. The day of the party, Kelli/hostess, was very helpful and the party was a success. Everyone had enough pizza and the kids had enough play time. I'd definitely recommend having a party at CEC!
A very Friendly place. Good food the pizza we ordered was really good. Kids had a lot of fun. Will definitely go back with my grandkids.
My granddaughter and I enjoyed ourselves , especially her on the entertainment side . Only thing I’d like to see is a friendlier staff. They seemed like they were just there tending to duties. Also I got the salad bar and a couple of items that I had were stale . It was practically empty there at the restaurant so I’m not sure why the salad bar didn’t look like it’s items were the freshest . Other than that . We still don’t regret going .
