My son had a party there this past weekend, my kids had a blast! The girl that helped with the party was spectacular but busy. Other employees were super unfriendly. Half the games didn't work and you only found out after you put tokens in. A guy (a worker) was walking putting tokens in machines and gave us some when we told him the machines didn't work. It was a good party, my kids didn't even notice that the games were broke.
It was the worst day, under staffed=no clean tables!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a Saturday and very busy; however, there were no clean tables and the three hours we were there I never saw anyone wiping off a table. Also, many of the machines were broken and there was no one on the floor to help. Lost a good many coins to broken machines. There was one maintenance man who was trying to keep up. Benefit of the doubt, maybe just a fluke and a lot of employees called off sick
Will never go back. Think Chuckie Cheese is a total rip-off. Way, way too costly and the pizza was the worst. Even the kids wouldn't eat it.
I wasn't impressed. very dirty where the salad bar is and the drinks were spilled all over the floor..... very sticky. Employee didn't clean it up very well.
