My 4yr old loved it. Myself & boyfriend also had fun playing the �. Will go again!!.
Games were not being cleaned every hour as advertised on overhead radio, lunch buffet was not ready until after 1 pm, and there was a cleaning cart full of chemicals just sitting over by the toddler games... associates were really nice though...
We had my grandchildren birthday yesterday,aaiden and aaliyah. Staff was great!!
Took over an hour to get our pizza. Just my daughter and I. We just stopped to play a little and get a pizza. Apparently if you're not having a party you aren't really very important to them. If there was a different location in Erie, we would never be back, but alas we are stuck.
Had a small birthday party for my son (Zachary)here with him and 3 of his little buddies there was at least 8 other bday parties going on at the same time and you would expect just total chaos but what we got was a very organized thought out fun and exiting time they(the host) truly made Zachary feel special...and rightfully so... The pure joy and excitement On his face was well worth the little $ we spent.....thank you... From: the dad of a vary happy boy�
I have never had a problem taking my son here til last night. The staff pays no attention to you and every game we tried to play was broke / had problems.
My grandkids had the best time. Delzaun won the jackpot--100 tickets! He was so excited that he ran around with them streaming behind him like a huge snake. We will definitely be back. It is very clean and the service is great.
What an absolutely horrible time...5.99 for the lunh buffet...drink alone cost half of that and wasn't included. Pizza was horrible. Hard crust, couldn't even bite it and the salad looked like they opened a bag of store bought salad mix and it sat there for hours wilting. My 2 yr old grandson who loves to eat wouldn't even touch it....horrible horrible horrible...save your hard earned money folks
My kids and I enjoy going as a family, however, once Chuck E. has them dance around and throws tickets, it becomes a mad house. My 10 month old daughter, who was well away from crowd, was stomped on by a little boy and began screaming.. not once did the staff, the boy, nor the mother of the boy ask if she was okay. That part of the visit we will no longer participate in. It's ridiculous how crazy the kids get over just a couple tickets, especially when there a good 30 of them there.
