Awesome..I go there 2-3 a month..the new buffet is awesome during the week as well...the band ROCKS!!
Pizza was great! Games were working. The host was very nice gave my daughter 10 tokens and the e club gave her 100 free tickets! She had an awesome time!!
Over half the games were broken, even ticket redeemers were broken, they had 4 and 2 were broken, waited 10 minutes in line just to redeem the few. Out of 6 skee ball machines, only 2 worked. It was my daughters birthday and she played one game the whole time cause "it works and I can still get tickets". I'll drive a little farther next time and check out another one, but I will not ever return to Erie one.
I always remember having such a great time here as a kid! Now I bring my 3 year old here and it's went down hill that's for sure! 1 ticket per game is about all she won. Will not be returning.
Could have a better small children's area my son loved the train but it only went around twice which was expensive and for that he should get tickets for riding it
So the kids and i stopped at chuck e cheese tonight to grab a pizza for dinner and of course had to ride a few rides while there..anyway...our to go order was accidentaly never placed, 45 min later i thought something was up...long story short the manager nikki was SO apologetic...upgraded our medium pizza to a large, gave us 30 free tokens, gave us over 1,000 tickets so both the kids could choose whatever they wanted, a beach hat for wyatt, 2 cups to bring back for free refills, AND she helped me carry the pizza to my car..... read more

My son loves it but they could get better prizes for less amount of tickets
2day was my daughter 3rd birthday took her there she had a blast in ordered pizza and I asked if chuck e can come out and sing her happy birthday I went up after 30 mins and they said he out in 10 mins after I waited I waited for a hr I went back up they said we don't know what's going on i said I'm just leaving but overall very nice place but disappointed about chuck e :(
