To tell you the truth...I was getting angry because they weren't here when they said they would be. I called and asked if they cancelled and she said they were on the way. When he arrived I was not happy but soon got over it. He started cleaning my carpet and it looks amazing. That carpet is 5+years old and it was NASTY!!!!!! Right now it looks like it did when they installed it.
I had a very bad stain in my carpet in one of my rooms. Chubby Chubby came in and cleaned the carpet. The stains were gone, the carpet was fresh and looked like new! The technician who did the work was courteous, professional, thorough and very informative. I will definitey use Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaners to clean the rest of my carpets when I prepare the house for sale. Thanks Chubby for a great job!
It was a rainy day in Puyallup during our cleaning and the technician was carful not to drag the outside into the house. Pogy was very professional and polite with me and the kids. Horrible service! First off they were late and then called to change the time and was late again! The driver hit my neighbors basketball hoop pulling into the driveway. When they were finished our carpets felt like walking threw a swamp there was so much water left for 2 days! and when they finally dried they looked as dirty as they were before they started.
