I highly recommend this company over the bigger companies if quality and customer service are important to you. We had a substantial amount of pet stains on our white carpet, due to having two dogs and a litter of puppies. Mathew meticulously went over the stains and stopped to explain (an efficient non chemical way) how I could combat them in the future so they would not get set in and hopefully our dog would not want to go there anymore.
