The lady that answers the phone EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. Sent her tech out and he had to call to get a quote for just coming out( my carpet to far gone to save). Her reply " Why did she even have us come out?" Sorry for wasting you time!!!!!!!!! Would NOT recommend!!!!!!!
