Matthew Was right on time and did a great job, I cant attest to stain removal as we didnt have any set in stains but the carpets definitely look fresh and it was such a quick easy process that as a mom of two i appreciate :) Absolutely recommend them.

Had a great experience with Matthew. He showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window we were given, and was able to completely clean a 4 floor town home in just under an hour. Not a single stain left after it was done. Matt was quite professional as well; it was a hot day and he was clearly sweating in that uniform, but got straight to work and didn't complain a bit. My fiance and I own a town-home in Tacoma that we're selling. Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaners was recommended to us by our real estate agent. We needed the carpets cleaned and were extremely impressed by the service we received! Our town-home is 4-stories tall with 4 flights of stairs (all carpeted). We had some stains that we were really worried about, but after 1 hour of cleaning, the carpets literally looked brand new and we couldn't remember where the stains were anymore! Chubby was awesome. Had an issue with my sewer, beacon plumbing came out to repair and called in chubby to clean up. They went above and beyond anything I was expecting. I will call them in the future the next time I need service. Thank you beacon for sending someone out that took care of me so well.
Pogee (John) did an amazing job!! I had red candle wax in my carpet and he said he would do the best he could. I did not want to have to replace it. Well, he truly did his best and now I don't have to replace it! Thank you so much for helping me. We will be using Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaner again!! Hopefully we can have Pogee back!!
