We were extremely satisfied with this company. John was our technician and he went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he get the stains and smells out and fix a hole in our carpet, but he also gave us tips on how to keep it looking and smelling fresh and clean. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend this company to anyone that is considering a carpet service. Thank you!
