Well,I just loved going there for water aerobics and hot tub and shower, at a very reasonable rate for seniors with Classic Care ...Then one day I was told that we needed to do the class and get on out, not hang around for hot tub and shower, and also not come early for the water classes ... That took the fun out of it for me ... The regular membership is out of reach for me; I just don't find it very accommodating for seniors ...
Great gym. Has a lot of verity in ways to workout. I love their programs.

I've heard good things about the institute. Also, I heard Lisa Renner uses the spa products at home for a fraction of the costs. Perfectly legal I'm sure.
