The facility and staff are wonderful, but the continued cutting of hideaway hours is definitely decreasing the appeal. This is part of what we pay for in our family membership. The hideaway is why we even joined in the first place. For several of us a cut in the hideaway hours is the equivalent to a cut in overall gym operation hours. Some of us do want to workout after 1pm on Fridays (we work, etc.) and Saturdays, but we are excluded from that option because we have children. I love it, however the hours could be better/more available. I was barely there yesterday after work before they closed. The personal training is also much higher than I paid in my previous city. The hot tub in the women's locker room seems to have more chemicals in it (makes me itch afterwards), so I usually use the one by the pool, and it isn't always the cleanest. Love the ice bath. The steam room was down for a while recently. The machine that wrings out swimsuits is always down. The classes seem to be more available tha... read more
