Hours keep getting cut constantly. The Locke rooms are very warm to the point that you literally sweet out of the shower. The membership price stays the same. Now I found out that the Hideaway is now closed on fridays past 1pm. What is going on!? Seriously....come on!
Excellent spin class on MWF at 8:30 taught by Sandy.
It's a great place to exercise ! I go there at least 5 days a week. I have been a member there for two years this coming July !
Clean, safe, my kids love the healthy hideaway! Love it!
