IHL is beyond a doubt the finest facility in Northeast Texas for all around exercise, physical therapy and just plain good fun and social entertainment.
I am 67 years old and have never been athletic or participated in any tyespe of sports. Therefore, now I am diesabetic, overweight , high blood pressure, low iand Vitamin D. Plus more challenges.I have found at the gym, it is a safe place to be and has a great staff. It is a family place. See you at the gym. Michael
