I went there because my doctor had told me I need to do some aqua aerobics. ( I have an injured ankle from overuse & I am overweight.) And he suggested them. So I went there and asked for information, which they gave me excellent information. Not too mention they told me about that you get two free all day guest passes. Of course, I used one the following day. Will be using my last one next day off! Hopefully I can be there the same time the aqua aerobics class is there again.
