My husband did his cardiac rehab at the Good Shepherd Institute for Healthy Living after his quadruple bypass surgery. His experience with the staff was excellent and the support played an integral part of his recovery. Top notch medical equipment, and it is well planned out.
The machines, bathroom and entire facility is always clean. Everyone is so nice including the members. One week I tried another facility in town and they had no free towel service, ran out of hand soap and toilet paper. The IHL is worth the money.
Everyone here is super helpful!!! Their childcare "The Hideaway" is absolutely amazing!!! They love my son and care about him as if he was the only child in there... I will tell you that He cried a little bit the first couple of times we started going ,but after that he loves it. When we arrive to the hideaway he runs to the gate and starts to play
Lots of fitness options for all kinds of people...from large group fitness classes to individual personal training, re-energizing yoga to high intensity interval training, indoor cardio to an outdoor trail, easy-to-use resistance equipment to a wide variety of free weights, and spa treatments to kick-butt workouts. You can't get bored here!
The institute has GREAT classes and their childcare is exceptional! Sandy M is a fantastic trainer/instructor!
