I will never work out anywhere else! I feel like I'm at a spa when I come here! I love how many machines there are and there are so many different options to choose from! Pool, resistance pool, cold plunge pool, hot tubs, inside track AND a salon! Awesome staff everyone's so nice and the trainers here are super!! :) it's worth the money that's for sure!!!!
I love working out at Good Shepherd! The instructors are knowledgeable, inspiring and very encouraging. I am from Ohio and I have been taking fitness classes for many years.....GSIHL is the best place I have ever worked out!
Oh yeah...I swim laps 3-4 times a week...awesome salt water pool! Excellent schedule of classes...first class, bar none!
