I don’t typically complain about restaurants or delivery service but tonight was just to much to not tell everyone about. After ordering 4 items for delivery 3.5 miles from Christo’s, I was told it would take 45-60 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours, the driver brought 1 item - the pizza. I was advised to pay for the entire order. I called Christo’s who said yes, pay that driver and the other food is on the way. They do not treat people well. There are other reasons. Do not go there anymore.
Worst dining experience ever. We ordered a couple appetizers and explained to the waitress we were under time constraints which was why we ordered what we felt would be the fastest thing. We waited over an hour for sliced avocado, steak egg rolls and guacamole with chips. After complaining about it taking so long a manager came out and told us “Sorry, I’ve got more bad news. The waitress was rude when we explained that the meatballs were cold . It went downhill from there . With so many choices , this is not going to be I will ever choose again .
