I was immediately examined by Jutta the assistant and then Dr. lea told me he thinks he can save my no. 3 molar. I was treated and so far, I have pain and antibiotic meds to keep me comfortable. I feel lucky the two were eager to help me because if my condition got worse, I would have lost the tooth, so I am grateful they saw me so quickly. His guidance to explain procedures was excellent and he used a 12xx microscope to view the inside apex of the root to view before closing it up.
I was referred by my Dentist to see Dr. Lea about a possible root canal. Dr. Lea has state of the art imaging equipment and verified that I needed the procedure. Dr. Lea and his assistants Tina and Tiffany made me feel comfortable and explained everything during the entire painless procedure.
A patient, calming, great dentist (endodontist) is hard to find these days. Taking our 16 year old son in for a root canal was unnerving to say the least but Dr Lea and his wonderful staff set my nerves to ease. Dr Lea walked him through every step of the procedure so he would know exactly what to expect. His hygienist, Tina ?? added ease, understanding and again, patience with our son. Superior service from Dr. Lea’s support team! It’s obvious why Costal Endodontics is better than the rest!
My service with Dr Lea was very comfortable. The wait time was only 5 to 10 minutes. Terri his assistant was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable.

I had a root canal performed by Dr Lea and it was practically pain free. He explained everything throughout the procedure and was very attentive and gentle. His assistant, Jutta, was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr Lea and Coastal Endodontics.
Dr Lea and his assistant Terri have done the impossible. Saved my tooth which developed an abscess under a root canal. They actually removed the tooth, treated the bone and tooth and placed the tooth back in the jaw. It’s been 3 months since the surgery and everything is healing well. The tooth is saved. I highly recommend this practice, it’s run by top professionals.
Dr. Lea found one tooth needed a root canal and a second tooth needed to be monitored. Dr. Lea was excellent in answering every question I had, and I had a lot. He and his assistant Kellie were excellent in how they performed each step of the procedure and making sure I was comfortable. The two front desk ladies, Alicia and Madison, were very nice. I think they could tell I was concerned about my visit. Limited space does not allow me to explain how professional Dr. Lea and staff are.
