Dr. Lea and his assistant Kellie were very caring and explained everything they were doing and what my options were very clearly and easily understood. The procedure was comfortably done with no pain. The receptionists Chasady and Serena were very friendly and polite.
Have been to Dr. Lea for two root canals . He did a excellent job !! Staff is excellent !!I would highly recommend Dr. Lea and his staff (Jutta and Terri ) !!
Dr. Lea was wonderful! I went in for a root canal and it was an almost painless experience. He and his staff were amazing, especially Melissa who assisted him during the procedure. Dr. Lea made sure I was comfortable and explained step by step what he was doing during the root canal.
My experience at Coastal Endodontics was very positive. Madison was very easy to work with on finances and scheduling. She was also very helpful when i called back because i was in extreme pain. She was very patient and kind. Kellie was very attentive and helpful. Dr. Lea did a great job of keeping me informed with what he was doing each step of the way.
Saw Dr. Ferreira on 5/25/18. Been botched by a local Dentist. Dr. Ferreira said I eat popcorn and have Trigeminal Neuralgia(Neurological Disease) in a tooth. That tooth has since been pulled, broken from the crown. Another is being pulled this week, broken from a bad bridge. I called to speak with the Manager and request a refund, all denied by front desk. Will contact BBB to get refund of $185.00. Bad office!!! Anyone could see teeth were broken!!!! Just don’t care, all about the money!
Everyone was great. Dr. Lea's assistant Kellie and Madison at the front desk specifically helped me the day that I came in to have an unexpected root canal done. Everyone was very attentive and professional and my initial anxiety about having this procedure done quickly disappeared. I am very appreciative of the great care that I received with Dr. Lea and his staff.
Dr Lea was attentive to my husbands dental issues. He was reassuring with instructions for care and recovery after his procedure. Miss Terri was especially helpful during this timeframe. Your support staff is extremely knowledgeable in billing insurance carriers.
Dr. Lea was able to give me an appointment in 1 day. He used his advanced equipment to diagnose the problem that my dentist could not find. His expert work took care of my problem. His staff was excellent and very concerned about my comfort. Follow up care was provided that gave me confidence that this was a job well done.
