I believe the key to excellent patient care is approaching each patient as a unique individual and establishing a strong relationship in order to understand, treat and care for their disease process. Trust is the most important component and will allow that bond to form between doctor and patient. If you care for everyone like they're your family member, good things will happen.

He is the best doctor very nice great bedside Manner and very helpful he is all about his patients taking care of them making them feel comfortable very caring and listens to everything you say patients appreciate kindness good bedside manners and very helpful we need more doctors like him I will always go back to him thank you doctor for being so nice
Dr. is good, but watch the billing as they tend to bill the patient and also put fake codes on the claim to insurance for services not related to visit. This behavior is not allowed, they should not be looking to get paid double for one office visit.
Business response:
I appreciate your input very much, however as an employee of the memorial health care system, I am not responsible for billing. Please bear in mind, thousands of bills are calculated and sent monthly and mistakes do happen. At Memorial, we take great pride and responsibility in both high quality patient care and fair billing practices. On behalf of Memorial, we would appreciate the chance to address your billing issue, however an anonymous comment does not allow us this opportunity. Thank you
Excellent and amazing human being ,the office staff was very helpful too. Will give him 10 stars!!!
Dr. Seaver is an excellent physician and I would highly recommend him. He is incredibly caring, patient and understanding. He is a wonderful surgeon with a great staff. He listens and really does his very best to help his patients with any concerns or problems.
Excellent doctor. He is kind and Caring. His staff is upbeat and pleasant.
Withheld post-op RX for someone who was not on medication or has taken an aspirin, citing state law that did not apply in this situation for 18 pain pills. He was not concerned that if my husband got out late from surgery which he did he might not be able to get RX filled as the pharmacies closed early. Memorial West PACU/stage 2 staff were disrespectful, hang-up the phone on family and held patient HOSTAGE. Had to call supervisor to assist and signed out AMA to get to pharmacy. I blamed MD.
Business response:
Hi. We are sorry to hear about your husband's experience and would like an opportunity to address these concerns. Please email us your phone number to contactus@mhs.net to facilitate a follow up conversation with your husband. We sincerely apologize if your experience was not exceptional and look forward to connecting with you.
